get rid of new quick reply. I hate it! Use chat head instead and make it an OPTION to open with each person

agreed. my phone has a lower resolution than many phones, so I can only see a tiny bit of text in the quick reply window and I always choose to "open app" from the ellipsis menu.really annoying that I can't set it to just open the app every time...

It should just be an option, as a choice, I prefer it as it is
