Why Samsung felt the need to replace Google's perfectly good emoji with their own crap version is beyond me.

I would love to switch from my hideous Samsung emojii to the google hangout style ones via textra. Replacing them on the phone itself requires root, but it would be much easier if I could just have textra use the ones I like. I would be willing to pay for the change or feature via an in-app purchase (though obviously would prefer not to).

Please! The Google emoji are so much better. I'd really appreciate the option to choose.

the app has a very google feel, out shouldn't be limited to iOS' out of date emojis
