Can you please provide an option via settings so we can turn off or reposition (or both) the Textra voice message recording Mic next to the text box? The problem is for folks like me using Google Kitkat Keyboard with its Voice input Mic enabled, because I use Speech to Text extensively. However, the Textra Mic is a recording Mic, and I keep tapping it all the time, it is irritating because it is always right next to the Google voice input Mic for Speech to Text. After months of thinking, I'll get used to 2 mics next to reach other, but that is not happening and it's quite frustrating to tap the Textra voice recording Mic, when I intended to tap the Google Speech to Text Mic. It is a usability issue, cause they 2 Mics for very different purposes, appear so close together and I want to be able to turn off the Textra Mic! Thanks for the best SMS messaging App!

most people never even use voice, why is it even there!

just loaded this app a few days ago and accidently hit it like 20 times already and even sent recordings of god know what to my recipient.. very annoying that it cannot be turned off if it keeps happening will probably use something else for messaging

if u dbl tap the mic it pulls up the voice to text feature. I learned this on my own. because textra doesn't seem to have customer support :\

Make this frill optional. I have free SMS but MMS is quite expensive and I send MMS's inadvertently because it's all too easy to trigger the voice recording.
Alternatively, include an option to disable MMS sending.

Please remove or make voice to text! I finally searched and found out why it always just results in a blue soundwave icon. Love speech to text and would love this icon to be usable for that. It has aggravated me to such an extent I almost deleted Textra. Please

Please make it possible to hide mic buttom, because most of us don't use it or think that it is a voice to text buttom :)

For the love of JeBeezus, please take care of this issue. I swear at this app EVERY single time I hit that button wanting voice to text. It is so frustrating!

I don't use this feature but I always accidentally hit it. it would be nice to either remove it or be able to hide it.

Agreed - My keyboard already has a Voice to text button but now I have 2 microphone buttons on top of each other...and the Textra one is voice to audio file...which nobody seems to be able to receive anyway. Please build option to remove this microphone button hard-coded into Textra.
