Send sms to unknown numbers

Im trying to subscribe a promo and i dont how to enter a short number beacause it keeps sugesting a contact and i cant type my mesage.(ill send it to 4445) Please help me

    Same problem in France with short number.

    I receive many spam by SMS. Usually, I transfer the spam to the 33700 anti-spam number to block it, but I received a failure message with Textra :(
    There is not this problem with other apps (Hangouts, SMS AOSP), but I prefer Textra...

    Same here. I can't send any message to short/other numbers (like 76038, poland) I cant start in any contest or charge internet account by my phone:/ please help!
