We really need this feature!!!

This needs to be a thing! Most other text programs have this function.

This isn't available yet? really? Textra and its novice users are spending more time on bloating the app by making it look pretty instead of functional. Please add this simple feature for those of us that actually care about where our content goes

At the moment, save to gallery saves to /textra/media/textra. This is a big pain!

My phone is fucked up as it is, so I can't see all the pictures in my gallery, so I have to search through thousands of text messages to find pictures... I don't understand how such a great app would have such a HUGE flaw

After reading this and realizing I can't change this...this app just went from my favorite sms app, to uninstalled.
