As it stands now, in order to customize a contacts settings (notification tone, bubble color, vibration settings, LED color, etc.) they have to have text you or you text them and the conversation available in the app to long press and then select the custom settings. I propose being able to select any of your contacts, whether there is a conversation present or not, and be able to personalize them. That way you do not have to text someone or wait for them to text you before you can change their notification tone or any of the other custom settings you want to apply to just that contact. This would be superb!
