allow notification pop up to stay on the screen, until you dismiss it, by tapping on it.
Currently, the pop up goes away after a couple of minutes. On iOS, the text pop up stays on your screen, till you dismiss it.....even as long as hours later.

Yes, yes! I want the notification bubble there until I dismiss it. Right now, the closest option just keeps my screen on until I dismiss it. I'd like my screen to turn off but that the notification there later.
