Provide an option to keep the popup notification on screen until acted upon.

Provide an option to keep the popup notification on screen until acted upon. Currently there are timed options in the menu for how long a popup remains on screen with the max being 3 minutes.

    Yes, having it constantly appear until acted upon would be a GREAT option.
