Have a different action when tapping from the lock screen and the unlocked screen
I would like it if I did it from the lock screen that it opens up the app, while if I'm in another app, or on the home screen, that it opens up the quick reply.

It looks ugly when quick reply is overlayed on top of textra when lock screen is used to open quick reply
