    I agree. There are tens of thousands of Google Voice users who would love a good 3rd-party texting app that integrates it. Hangouts sucks, and so does Google's Messenges app. If you ever produced a compatible mobile app, I would definitely pay a chunk of change for it. Moreover, if you ever developed a desktop app for the Mac that integrates it, I'd pay at least $30 for the two combined.
