Add the ability to disable quick reply while phone is locked, yet still enable the floating notification. Major privacy issue.

Don't allow access to quick reply on lock screen until phone is unlocked

This also allows for "Pocket Dialing". I have often found I have called someone several times from my pocket because the Textra window allowed access without unlocking the phone.
