Different Floating Notification privacy settings for locked screen and unlocked screen!

Add settings allowing a floating notification in lock screen to be private. Also, allow a floating notification to be private or visible in unlocked screen

    Don't like full text being displayed on locked home screen. No point in locking phone for privacy
