Ability to disable MMS functionality

Some carriers don't support MMS. It would be great if MMS functionality could be disabled in the settings.

    3 in UK only support if you buy an add on subscription. It would be great to have this as I get a daily textra error message that MMS is not working

    I tried overiding default mms settings and chaged they thinking this would stop mms but it still works, why is this?
