Next Handcent does this perfectly, but I would rather use Textra.

I agree, I have a group of people I must send a text to M-T-W-T at about 1:00pm I now have to manually resend the message each time.
GOSMS was great in this regard. Take GOSMS study the feature and implement something similar to the schedule.
