Combine multiple texts received from 1 contact in a very short period of time into 1 text and eliminate multiple, quick notifications.
Messages from iPhones tend to get broken into multiple shorter messages that arrive simultaneously and cause an annoying flurry of notification

I second this request (and https://textra.uservoice.com/forums/208555-feature-request/suggestions/7098293-single-notification-for-all-unread-messages). I have some friends, let's call them inconsiderate texters, who will send you a small novel by text (3-6 SMSs). It's really annoying when my phone starts to explode. It would be so much nicer if Textra could take a second to evaluate how many texts are coming in from a single sender and then give us a single notification. Not all users would like this, but it would be a great setting, i.e. "Single notification for multi-part texts." Thank you for considering this.
