Is there a way to block amber alerts?

I have been receiving the same amber alert multiple times a day, even 2 days after it was officially canceled. ( I looked it up because it has been such a nuisance). May have to go back to stock message app just to disable this alert.

These alerts are a nuisance. One is okay, but several in a day is more than enough. Are they coming through Textra? If so, I want the ability to turn them off.
