Enable SwiftKey typing when responding via quick view from notifications.
when you respond to a message from notifications SwiftKey appears to be disabled. You have to compose the message by pushing each letter individually.

SwiftKey keyboard in quick reply (with keyboard and no keyboard setting) can't use the flow technique to enter text. Has to be typed by tapping on each letter.

If I install a different lock screen such as SlideJoy, it solves the problem. But SlideJoy is not a great lock screen. I was just using it to make it harder to pocket call.
