Reminder notification sound

It would be great if we could select a different reminder notification sound. I use a simple tone for messages, but if I miss the initial notification, then I use a load long notification sound to get my attention our wake me up. This is a feature handsent has that is critical for me. Thanks for listening

    I would like to have the initial notification be my default tone, then be able to set the reminder to a "beep". That would be wonderful so that I can tell if it is actually a reminder or if it is a whole new text.

    I also agree with this. I also want to use the music in my phone as a message notification.

    I agree. I have a separate alert for missed calls which is same for missed text. But I cannot select a different sound for textra
