Disable message sending\viewing if phone is locked.
When I receive a message I can reply to it even if my phone is locked. I'd like the ability to disable this as someone other than me is able to view and respond to messages if I've left my phone unattended.

adding on to this, I would like to still be able to see who the message is from when the phone is locked, just not the message its self.
