nicknames

Since the contacts in android have a nickname field, would it be possible to be able to display those nicknames instead of the contacts name?

    If I can rename a group conversation, why can't I rename an individual conversation?

    Or give us the option to do first "nickname" last. Or "nickname" last. Etc
