SMS/MMS button should be up front
The option to switch from MMS to SMS and vice versa should have a button available when generating messages, not just in the settings menu. This would allow easy switching after recipients are selected.

This feature was available in the default motorola app and is really handy in a number of situations:
*When you know recipients cannot receive MMS
*When you want to be the only one receiving replies (e.g. ask a group a question)
*When you switch between mms/sms often
