Notification sound for incoming conversation text when screen locked
Often times I lock the screen when in a conversation and get no notice there is a response even if the screen is locked. I want the option of getting a notification within conversations for every text or when in conversations get a notification when the screen is locked.

I get my outgoing sound for my notification but I don't get a incoming sound at all when I get an incoming text
