making textra compatible with the Samsung gear watch s!

I have a galaxy gear watch and I can't read my texts bc your app is not supported :(

    Is there a way to make Textra compatible with Gear S3 Classic? It's the best texting app out there and now I can't use it anymore. Jon said it works if you turn off privacy settings, but I don't see that option.

    The reason this is such a big issue isnt because of the watch not using textra, the BIG problem is how SHITTY DEFAULT ANDROID MESSENGER IS and without textra on my watch life sucks

    Found a way to make it work. Just turn the privacy settings off on textra and you should be good to go.

    Aarrrghh. This does not work with my gear s2. Tempted to revert to default message app.

    Agreed. Textra isn't compatabile with any of the Samsung gear watches - which run on the Tizen OS. Wish textra would make themselves comparable. Defeats the purpose of having a smart watch if you can't check all your messages on it...

    Me to. This sucks. The app is amazing but it's not compatible with my watch
