Compact SMS Messages from contact level

The Compact SMS Messages option is currently available from general settings, but it would be great to have it from the contact level.

Sending sms with accents is supported by mobile service provider and devices here in North America as far as I know, but it seems some sms get lost or truncated when sent to other countries. For this reason, I would like to be able to turn this option from the contact level.

    This option is now called Strip Accents & Diacritics, but the same idea still applies -- it should be able to be set per contact/conversation
