Paid version but still receiving ads.

I paid for the full version when they released it back in April however I am still receiving ads. I contacted them multiple times, they asked me to change some settings but they never fixed the issue. They don't seem to know what is causing problem...

There are other users in the same boat. This has to be addressed ASAP. You're losing customers for this.

    I paid for my Whim music app for a year and y'all kept taking only $1.09 out of my account; Yet I'm still receiving ads. I'd like my money back please. I also paid $4.99 for the year for my weather app and still got ads; I would also like my money back for that as well. I'll never pay anything , again

    This has just started with mine and i have been ad free for a year but now they are popping up before i go to start a text message

    Hi Guys
    As i remember, the supporter message for me how to fix

    You guys should clean up Google App data. Google Settings --> have 3 dot on the top right screen -> choose there and Clear App Data

    Better you should uninstall TextraSMS first and then clear Google App Data, finally re-install Textra SMS

    My ads went away but came back once I did the update. Smh! I hope it gets fixed very soon because its getting annoying especially since I paid for the ads to go away.

    Bought pro. Was on latest textra version. Updated rom now have ads. Followed support procedures with no success.

    Just paid for the pro version because I really like this app and thought I would support it. Only app I have ever paid for. But now the ads are back after only a day of being ad-free. Ugh! Will this be corrected soon?

    Same thing happened to me. First time I ever actually bought an app and I still have to look at ads. Quite irritating.
