BUG: Typing during Delayed-Send countdown adds character to message
It felt intuitive to type during the send delay, hoping for a buffer for my next message, however the result is an additional character in the about-to-be-sent message. This would be fine if it took ALL the text typed during the delay, but it appears to only add the one, and not accept the backspace character to clear it, should you try to undo an accidental keypress.

Actually it would be great if typing cancelled delay.
Other viable option is what is typed is considered another message (then it would be fine to clear it and replace with current message content when cancelling the delay)
