Sent messages not showing up

Everytime I click to send a text it doesn't show up. It looks as if I never sent anything.

The text I sent out doesn't appear until I receive an incoming text from someone.

Im never sure if my texts are going through or not. What is the issue here?

    I just installed this app, and NONE of my messages in any of the conversations are showing up! HELP!
