No sound when screen on

I'd like an option to disable notification sound and vibrate when screen is on. LET is fine I guess but no sound/vibrate would be nice.

    Would love this. I want it to vibrate still, but I don't want to have to turn my notification volume down every time I open my phone. Really annoying to have my notification sound playing when I'm already staring at my phone.
