The current version 3.13 still exhibits this behavior. It seems to be partially related to the ability to hide/show the top status bar. Although toggling the status bar does not affect the top blue bar, it does affect the bottom of the screen when composing a new message and clicking the (+) to bring up the camera/pictures box.
When the status bar is visible, the bottom of the camera box is chopped. Hide the status bar, and the camera box appears as expected.
I'm really hoping a fix for this is implemented.

Correction to my last comment : blue bar issue occurs even when status bar is not set to hidden. Please fix this.

Same issue. Occurs with TypeMail (another app) also. Only occurs when status bar is set to hidden.
