Image Scaling before send mms

Make it possible to scale your images before sending them as mms'es..
My phone provider dosn't allow for images of the size of my phones camera..

    Feature is already implemented, as a global (not per-message) limit.
    "Settings -> MMS -> Carrier Send Limit.
