Backup settings
I've seen this before but, it would be great to have the ability to backup your Textra settings and customization. It's a hassle to have to do that each time.

I agree with this! Especially with all the headache drawn from swapping devices from the Note 7, it would be great to have the ability to backup the settings on this app. With as long as I've been using it, I would have figured it would have been in the change log of one of the updates by now. Love the app though and wouldn't consider using any other SMS app!

Love the app and have been using it since it hit the market. I have highly customized settings for a number of users. After the recent purchase of a new phone, I find that I'm still making adjustments nearly a month later. Ability to back up settings would be fantastic!

Yes please Textra! I am about to do another factory reset on my phone and I suppose I will have to manually change all my settings again... I haven't even gotten around to finishing this after the last time! A backup feature would be SOOO helpful!

Yah ideally it should be backup settings automatically without us having to manually set but a local file would suffice via manual backup by press of button. -

Totally agree... Love the app, just a real pain to redo all the custom settings for each contact :(

Yes. I've gone through three phones in past 8 months, and it IS a hassle to go in and change the colors and settings each time. I'm surprised this isn't a feature already. They can tie it to your Google account or have some sort of login. Maybe even just keep it as a local file.
