Dual sim setting

Add which sim to send message when two sims are there ins5ead defaultly setting one sim

Added in v3.23 of Textra out next week. If you cannot wait please email beta@textra.me.

Dual SIM is only supported in Firmware 5.1 and above natively by Android.
