Turn off vibration

Hello! My phone vibrates every time a new message arrives! How can I turn it off? I have already turn off the vibration on my phone's settings,but it still works...! It is very uncomfortable!

    When I set the notification tone to "None" and Vibrate Pattern to "None" it still vibrates with every notification.

    This is annoying. I've set my phone to silent for a reason. It would be nice if this app would acknowledge that setting
