RCS implementation
The RCS interfaces (APIs) on Android are currently *only* available
for Google to use, no other third party developer has access. Thus,
currently on Google Play, the only third-party SMS app to provide RCS functionality
is the Messages by Google app.
We are hopeful Google will make these RCS interfaces available in the near future, so that Textra SMS can also offer RCS functionality.
