Please do the following.
2) Android Settings > Apps > Android System Webview > Storage > Clear cache.
3) Restart phone.
Still not working? Please do the following.
4) Android Settings > Apps > 3 dots on the top right > Reset app preferences.
Still not working? Please do the following.
5) Look for an app called "smart suggestions" and ensure it's enabled. Typically this app is just on Samsung devices.
If that doesn't work try this as a last resort.
6) Android Settings > System > Reset options > Reset app preferences (HOWEVER, it's a right pain as when you open each app you need to agree to permissions again, but it's what is reported as the fix to the issue for some users).

Please reach out to help@textra.me just in case we have any new insight, as presently the above solutions fixes it for > 95% of users, but for the other 5% we still don't know the solution - We use a Google Machine Learning library that for some reason fails on certain users phones.
