Badge Count not showing on Home Screen Icon

1. Android General Settings (not Textra SMS) > Notifications > Apps Notifications > Textra SMS > Notification Types > Badge Allowed = Enable.

2. Android General Settings (not Textra SMS) > Search for Badge App Icon = Enable with Number or Dot.

Ensure the box is unchecked that states hide app icon notifications.
