I can't count how many times I meant to schedule a text to be sent later but forgot to hit the schedule button and accidentally sent it in the middle of night, accidentally waking up the recipient. The idea is that if you try to send a text during a user defined time range, a confirmation box comes up asking if you meant to schedule it (if you didn't already). This should probably be done on a per conversation basis (one warning per conversation per day) in case you start a conversation with someone in the middle of the time range so the confirmation box doesn't add a second step every time.
