I have been a long time TEXTRA user. If the APP were not so dog goned simple and beautifully crafted, I would have switched long ago.

I recently had to switch phones and could not get TEXTRA MMS to send pictures.

Then came JASON the technical support agent from TEXTRA!
I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful this guy is!!!
The solution was not simple to find. The technical support that he offered took almost a week of back and forth emails (with suggestions).

It is just INCREDIBLE the time, effort and patience that he displayed as he carefully stepped through the troubleshooting process.

I just cannot speak any higher of TEXTRA (the APP) and the SUPPORT (when needed). The world needs to hear when GREAT service is offered.
