There used to be a way to submit a support question through the app. Now the "Support" option says "For all your questions and suggestions," however the only options once you get there are to "give feedback" or "post an idea."

The problem I'm having is that the Heads-Up Floating Notifications don't work at all on my Samsung Galaxy S5, even though they worked great on my S6. I already tried all the ideas on the "No Notifications / Notifications stopped working" article in the Knowledge Base. I would have posted a follow-up on that Knowledge Base article, but there is no way to do that, even after creating a login.
