Yes. Please. I use Textra. I only receive text messages on my Gear S3 when I make the stock app default on my fabulous new Note 8. I don't like the stock app. Please. Please. Please!!!!

I could not agree more... what I am not sure of is if this is able to be done by the Textra developers or if it is a limitation/restriction by Samsung. If this is doable, I wish it would be done ASAP.

Would be awesome if we could use textra app with Gear S3 etc. Like sending messages and so on, because Samsung texting app is over crowded and clumsy in comparison to textra

Please make an app to support Gear S3 users. Unable to fully use messaging functions on watch because the Textra app is the default on phone. As of now only able to reply to messages on watch as I get them. Instead of when using the default message app able to see full threads and compose SMS texts to new people. Not many apps available now but such a great device surely cannot be ignore
