Textra for PC/desktop
Will Textra ever consider building a PC version of the app so users can read SMS on a desktop computer? That would be so great!

That would indeed be something I would highly value. I just realized that I cannot use Textra while at the office on my computer. Hmmm. I'm going to look around a text handler that allows me to do that.

I would it more than anything else if it supported bluetooth connectivity.

Agree. I'm a Textra pro user and would love to be able to send from my PC. I guess that would rely on it utilising Wifi in some way. I use WhatsApp on my PC so it would be nice to not have to check my phone at this time to see if I have texts. It's a convenience thing more than anything. A: I'm already using my PC and B: I type a lot faster on my PC.

Textra for PC would be amazing. The features are much better than the other messaging apps that are currently available for PC.

So the problem is you can't necessarily send or receive an SMS without a device on a cell network. I suppose you could add Bluetooth connected support, or sync across the Internet in some way with your device. So if your phone is either local (Bluetooth) or on and connected to the Internet, then via your computer you could send/receive SMS/MMS via syncing.
Not sure useful to me, but it's not as simple as just creating a desktop application.
