Can you please, make textra where it fits the screen of the galaxy s8 plus, because I love textra, but I'm not going to use it, if it doesn't cover the whole screen, please and thank you!

When I turn my Galaxy S8 on, periodically, Textra appears and covers the bottom of the security screen and covers the area I have to swype in order to unlock my phone. There is no way to remove it. The only way I have been able to get into my phone is to turn on Bixby via the side button. This makes the Keyboard dissappear and then allows me to swype my security pattern. How can we make this stop?
