Allow person specific notifications to sound - regardless of settings.

Say you use your phone for work, So there are times when you put your phone on silent, or even do not disturb.
BUT, your 16yo daughter is out ruining around, and you need to know if she sends you a message. it would be awesome if she, or someone taking care of your sick parent could be put on a list that would allow notification for messages regardless of system settings...

there is an app that does something like this called "auto ring", but putting it in textra would alleviate having to have that app.
