it doesn't matter much if the delay send is 5 seconds or 6 and 1 or 2 seconds isn't enough time to be useful anyway. what would be really nice is to be able to set it to 30 or 60 seconds or even longer, with a button to skip the delay and send now, so that if you're going back and forth with someone you don't have to wait to reply. you should be able to send multiple messages each with their own delay timer and send now button.
