Text messages sent to me do not show up in the MightText software on my desktop computer or in the SimplyText app on my smartphone. I am using Samsung Note 3 smartphone. I have tried to find the remedy for this with the automated scheme on your website but it is too frustrating. (1) If I subscribe to the Pro version, will that take care of my problem? (2) So I need to install Textra SMS to solve my problem?
