It would be great if we could have an option to remove certain phone numbers (home/work #s) from coming up as an option to text to. For example, when I start a new message and search "Steve" I have a home phone, work phone, and cell phone number saved under his contact. Frequently I find myself mistakenly clicking on the wrong number to message due to my fast typing and multitasking. Usually numbers incapable of receiving SMS return a "message not delivered" text back, but there are instances where I text the wrong cell number for a person and I don't get that response back and I'm unaware that my messages weren't received.
