When scrolling through older messages, there is that drop-down that takes you to a calendar showing days a text or text messages were sent/received. I would really like it if there was an indication of whether I sent the text, received the text, or both.

I was thinking dots at the top and bottom of the day? If I received a text on that day in the chat a dot on the upper left of the number, if I sent a text a dot in the lower right of the number. If no messages are exchanged, the day remains un-noted as it is now.
