As AT&T Active armor has turned off their option to block these possible spam/phishing texts sent by email due to Google Messages having their own version in app, I think it best for Textra to come up with a similar solution for those of us unwilling to prostrate ourselves to the will of Google. Especially as it seems scam calls and scammers have become more aggressive in recent months, giving this option to users will allow us to continue to protect ourselves and filter unwanted spam/phishing attempts.

Thank you in advance to the team behind Textra. May your autumn be crisp and cozy.
