Allow for sending messages from your Google Voice number.
I'll be more inclined to use the app once Google Voice integration exists.
Also "not really our thing" is terribly rude. Not a great first impression of you guys.

It's really surprising that after this much time, their official stance is to not integrate at all with GV. Looks like I'll keep looking for a different app to spend money on.

I just ran into this issue yesterday on a OnePlus One after upgrading to Lollipop. My Sim card number is what Textra defaults to for standard SMS. Before the OS update Textra would only do that for MMS because Google Voice didn't support it.
