The following rule would get rid of almost all my text spam":
1) Is from a # that's not in my contact list
2) Contains a URL
Just adding the option to block that rule would be awesome. But a framework to add more sophisticated, customized rules would be amazing too, and I'd gladly pay for an add-on.
